On April 18, 2012, commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Sinopec Federation and relevant experts from CNPC conducted a mid-term inspection of the project at the Hubei Fertilizer Plant. From the operating results and data, it can be seen that the low water/gas shift process transformation of Sinopec Hubei Fertilizer Branch has achieved or exceeded the indicators required by the demonstration project in various indicators.
