On April 4, 2017, the first phase of Anhui Haoyuan was shut down for maintenance. Taking advantage of this maintenance opportunity, Haoyuan Chemical replaced the catalyst of the first conversion furnace of the conversion unit. In order to shorten the start-up time of catalyst replacement, our company's QDB series pre-sulfurized sulfur-resistant catalyst was selected.
The pre-sulfurized catalyst was loaded on April 7, the conversion unit was gas-guided at 19:30 on April 8, the CO index of the conversion unit was qualified at 21:00, and full load operation was achieved at 2:00 on the 9th. The initial operation results show that the pre-sulfurized catalyst can be quickly activated by introducing coal gas after heating, the low-temperature activity of the pre-sulfurized catalyst is equivalent to the catalyst sulfurized in the device, and the activity of the whole furnace catalyst is excellent.
