On April 10, 2017, Shandong Runyin Biochemical Co., Ltd.'s 600,000 tons per year synthetic ammonia raw material route transformation Phase II project produced qualified products, and the production unit was successfully started up once and entered the trial production stage. The unit uses a three-stage deep sulfur-resistant shift process with an HT-L pulverized coal pressurized gasifier. The first shift furnace uses the upper and lower middle cold shock patented reactor developed by Qingdao Lianxin Catalytic Materials Co., Ltd., the second shift furnace uses an axial radial reactor, and the third shift furnace uses an isothermal reactor. All catalysts are selected from the QDB series shift catalyst of Qingdao Lianxin Catalytic Materials Co., Ltd., which is a successful application of the QDB series shift catalyst in "one device, multiple furnace types". It is also the first time that the QDB series catalyst has been applied to the first domestic HT-L pulverized coal gasification adiabatic series isothermal shift process, marking that Qingdao Lianxin has successfully entered the field of large-scale chemical industry and multiple furnace types of new coal chemical processes.
