The presulfurized catalyst developed by our company uses the presulfurization technology of simulated industrial units to achieve catalyst presulfurization, and is a fully presulfurized catalyst; as early as January 2012, our company completed the research and development of the QDB series of carbon monoxide sulfur-resistant shift catalyst presulfurization catalysts. The research and test results show that the use of the off-site presulfurization technology, the catalyst catalytic CO shift activity and activity stability and other performance have reached the technical level of the on-site presulfurized catalyst, which can meet the requirements of industrial applications. The on-site start-up situation shows that the use of QDB series pre-sulfurized conversion catalysts no longer requires the introduction of raw gas or H2 for secondary sulfidation. Raw gas production can be directly introduced by heating nitrogen, saving at least 2 days of start-up time. Normal production operation data shows that the low-temperature activity and raw gas processing capabilities of the ex-situ pre-sulfurized catalyst are no different from those of traditional online sulfided catalysts, and even show better performance, can withstand higher operating space velocities, and thus help to improve the production capacity of the device.
