The sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst uses patented presulfidation treatment technology, which can give coal chemical producers many advantages. During the start-up phase, the working environment is greatly improved by avoiding the use of flammable and toxic agents such as carbon disulfide and dimethyl disulfide. In addition, the product can reduce the risk of temperature runaway and sulfide emissions during the start-up and production process of the plant. It can also shorten the start-up time, which only takes 1/3 of the start-up time compared to traditional sulfidation methods. In addition to saving time, the highly active series reduces the demand for synthesis gas and energy, making more economical, efficient and simple operation possible. As a member of the proven industrial catalyst series, it is suitable for various coal-to-chemical applications and gasification technologies. Without changing any equipment in the chemical plant, the catalyst can be used as a simple ready-to-use solution.
As early as January 2012, our company completed the research and development of the QDB series of carbon monoxide sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst presulfidation catalysts. The research and test results show that the catalyst catalytic CO conversion activity and activity stability have reached the technical level of in-vessel presulfidation catalysts using the ex-vessel presulfidation technology, which can meet the requirements of industrial applications.
As of December 30, 2017, our company has signed contracts for 23 pre-sulfurization application devices in China, of which 13 have been successfully started up. Whether in terms of the number of contracts signed or the number of users who have started up, our company is in the leading position in the industry.
