The fertilizer unit of "Tianji Gaoping Coal Chemical Co., Ltd." is the first large-scale fertilizer plant in my country that uses "normal pressure fixed bed" intermittent gasification to produce gas under pressure greater than 3.5MPa, and the full low-shift process to produce 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 600,000 tons of urea per year. The unit was successfully started in 2006.
In May 2006, QDB-04 catalyst was successfully applied in the first high-pressure full low-shift ammonia production unit in China, Tianji-Gaoping Sinochem Co., Ltd., filling the domestic gap in the application of catalysts for "full low-shift" process technology under pressure greater than 3.5Mpa.
"Normal pressure gasification technology" is the traditional gasification technology of my country's small and medium-sized enterprises. The subsequent stage is equipped with high-pressure sulfur-resistant shift. The key to its technology is the application of catalysts. The successful application of QDB series catalysts has set an example for domestic factories that use coal as raw materials and "use normal pressure gasification to produce gas with high-pressure sulfur-resistant shift".
