Jiangsu Linggu Chemical's 300,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia project uses 4.0Mpa four-nozzle water-coal slurry pressurized gasification, 3.8Mpa three-stage deep sulfur-resistant shift, and water/gas 1.4. The QDB-03/QDB-04 series catalysts produced by Qingdao Lianxin Chemical Co., Ltd. were selected. The unit was started in May 2009. During the operation, the QDB-03 catalyst in the first shift furnace showed excellent activity and activity stability. The inlet temperature was always maintained at around 260°C, and the bed resistance was always stable (less than 0.078Mpa). The first shift catalyst was used for up to three years, and its life was significantly longer than other catalysts used in similar domestic industrial units.
