On June 1, the 2023 Industrial Green Development Conference was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Xin Guobin, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Mao Xinping, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and five major associations jointly released the "Twenty Advanced and Applicable Low-Carbon Technologies for the Raw Materials Industry in 2023". Leaders attended the results release conference. Academician Mao read out the 20 results one by one. The conference showcased the results of industrial green development in 2023, focusing on the achievements made in my country's industrial green development and international cooperation.
Qingdao Lianxin Catalytic Materials Co., Ltd.'s new coal-based syngas sulfur-tolerant conversion energy-saving alkaline water technology was rated as one of the "Top Twenty Advanced Applicable Low-Carbon Technologies in the Raw Materials Industry in 2023." This technology solves the problems of pulverized coal gasification into high CO content syngas in coal chemical plants, methanation side reactions that are prone to occur during the shift process, causing the bed to "fly", high water/gas shift process reaction depth that is difficult to control, and rapid catalyst deactivation, etc. It has achieved long-term, efficient, safe and stable operation of the conversion device, significantly reduced steam consumption and condensate emissions, met the needs of green and low-carbon development of the coal chemical industry, filled the international gap, and the comprehensive technology is at the leading international level.
