On August 7, the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the second batch of technologies and products that are encouraged to be promoted and applied in the petrochemical industry.
It is reported that in order to promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the petrochemical industry, a total of 28 technologies and products have been included in the catalogue after recommendation by local and relevant units, expert review and public announcement, providing technical support for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry.
Qingdao Lianxin Catalytic Materials Co., Ltd.'s patented product "Low Water/Gas Ratio (CO) Organic Sulfur Conversion Type Sulfur-Resistant Shift Catalyst" was fortunate to receive this honor! This product is the QDB-07 sulfur-resistant shift catalyst with good organic sulfur conversion performance. It can solve the technical problem of the generation of sulfides such as methyl mercaptan in the high-sulfur coal conversion feed gas, ensure the implementation of the energy-saving low water/gas ratio new shift process, and broaden the selection range of raw coal. Compared with the existing catalyst, under the process conditions of water/gas of 0.2-0.4, temperature of 260-360°C, CO of 30%-70% in the raw gas, and H2S of 0.3%-0.6%, the generation rate of thiol compounds such as methyl mercaptan is reduced by more than 85%, and the total organic sulfur conversion rate is greater than 95%. It can be mixed with high-sulfur coal at a ratio of 60%, saving the cost of raw coal. This product has been successfully applied in multiple coal chemical plants.
