This newspaper (Reporter Zhang Xinggang) The seminar on sulfur-resistant conversion technology of aerospace pulverized coal gasification process was held in Qingdao last week. Experts pointed out that sulfur-resistant conversion technology is the key to whether the current pulverized coal gasification process can be successfully used for synthetic ammonia or methanol production. Pulverized coal gasification should give priority to energy-saving low water-gas ratio sulfur-resistant conversion process. At the same time, catalyst performance and loading are important links in the temperature control of the conversion reaction bed. The reporter learned at the meeting that by drawing on this idea, the problem of sulfur-resistant conversion of Shell pulverized coal gasification process and aerospace pulverized coal gasification process has been solved.
The carbon monoxide content in the raw gas produced by the pulverized coal gasification process is as high as 60%, which not only increases the conversion load of the sulfur-resistant conversion system and wastes energy, but also makes the depth of the conversion reaction difficult to control. Qingdao Lianxin Chemical Co., Ltd. has been committed to the research of high CO raw gas conversion process and catalysts, and has achieved remarkable results. The low water-gas ratio process they developed controls the depth of the first reactor shift reaction by controlling the water-gas ratio in the process gas, and then controls the hot spot temperature of the bed, so that the Shell pulverized coal gasification new process with high CO concentration can be implemented under low water-gas ratio stable and mild process conditions. This process has been successfully applied to Guangxi Liuzhou Chemical Co., Ltd., Henan Kaixiang Chemical Co., Ltd. and Zhongyuan Dahua.
The aerospace gasifier developed by Beijing Aerospace Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. is another pulverized coal gasification process that has received much attention. This process has been widely used in the coal chemical industry due to its wide adaptability to raw coal and low investment, but the sulfur-resistant shift technology that matches it has the disadvantages of high CO and water content in the raw gas and difficult control of the shift reaction temperature. Qingdao Lianxin Chemical Co., Ltd., Beijing Aerospace Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and application manufacturers jointly adopted a two-stage sulfur-resistant shift, and adjusted the water-gas ratio in the raw coal gas by adjusting the pressure of the waste boiler in the shift section to achieve the purpose of controlling the reaction depth and hot spot temperature, which better solved the problem of high CO content shift to methanol. The improved aerospace pulverized coal gasification process has been successfully applied in the aerospace gasification methanol production units of Anhui Linquan Chemical Co., Ltd. and Puyang Longyu Chemical Co., Ltd.
At the seminar jointly organized by Qingdao Lianxin Chemical Co., Ltd. and Beijing Aerospace Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., the participants believed that with the commissioning of more domestic pulverized coal gasification units, the sulfur-resistant shift process will become more mature and perfect.
