On February 26, 2008, QDB-03/QDB-04 catalyst was successfully applied in the dual-structure 180,000-ton synthetic ammonia and 300,000-ton urea unit of Yankuang Lunan Fertilizer Plant. The unit has a conversion system pressure of 3.8Mpa, a water/gas ratio of 1.4, an inlet CO% of 42-45.%, and an outlet CO% of less than 0.4%. The unit is currently operating normally.
